1.Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

By placing an order on storyhomedecor.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated timeline.
• All items, including our product packs, are made to order and 3D printed in our Austin, TX workshop. We do not hold finished inventory, so production begins after you order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
• We will notify you if there are any significant delays or issues with your order.

2.Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added to your order total at checkout.
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement. You will not be charged until your payment method is verified.

3.Shipping & Delivery

We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
• Standard shipping (5-7 business days): $8.99.
• Express shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95.
• Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete (3-5 business days).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy, which matches our Shipping & Returns page:

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@storyhomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Our standard catalog items and product packs are made to order, and they are still covered by this 30-day return policy.
• Truly custom or personalized pieces (for example, a special color or design made only for you) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• We also offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@storyhomedecor.com to arrange one.

5.Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and the nature of 3D printing materials.
• Dimensions and weights are approximate and may have minor variations between items.
• Each piece is individually crafted, making every item unique. Minor variations in texture and finish are a hallmark of handcrafted, made-to-order products.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Story Home Decor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws:

• All product designs, 3D models, images, text, logos, and graphics are owned by Story Home Decor or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written consent.
• Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights to the underlying design.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Story Home Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, modification, or improper care of our products.
